Breakfast
Pane cunzato made with Timilia wheat, Caltagirone olive oil, salt and pepper. Granita, fresh fruit, artisan pastries, cheeses.
A thoroughly Sicilian breakfast, served on the terrace. If you prefer something else, you only have to ask.
A screen comes down,and the cinema comes alive under the stars.
The evening
Diana Krall's celebrated Paris concert, or an arthouse film chosen with the guests. On the table, a bottle of Etna wine, cheeses and pane cunzato.
